What are the responsibilities and job description for the PINE BLUFF - PROGRAMMATIC ASSISTANT position at Community Services Office?
A Programmatic Assistant works in a variety of capacities including but not limited to:
- Act as the primary contact for program procedures and policies
- Represent the business for program-related matters.
- Carry out administrative tasks as required to facilitate an efficient working environment.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients, customers and supervisors.
- Ensure business operations and efforts are always favorable to the business objective.
- Perform additional tasks as may be required by superiors.
- Answer phone calls and customer or client inquiries.
- Additional responsibilities include other duties as assigned.
- Correspond with upper management regarding goals and objectives of programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
