What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Services: Summer Softball/Baseball Site Supervisor (K-4) position at Community Services?
Site Supervisor - Softball/Baseball
Location: New Prague (Raven Stream fields)
The schedule will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from approximately 5:45-7:15 pm, starting approximately May 19th-June 23rd.
- Provide on-site supervision of all practices and games.
- Provide assistance with injuries, weather situations, or other events during the program.
- Address questions from coaches, parents, and players during the program.
- Communicate any feedback with the coordinator of the activity.
This list may not be exhaustive of situations that arise during a season and require attention. The Site Supervisor is the key leader in charge of each program location and may be called on to make decisions at the moment. Follow-up with Community Education is critical to assure consistent communication with participants and volunteers.
