Community Solutions is seeking a senior financial executive with strong business and financial acumen to serve as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO). This leadership position will oversee the management of financial and business support services, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The CFAO will lead various areas, including budget and financial forecasting, IT/Electronic Medical Records (EMR), facilities supervision, contracting, and financial compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial and business policies, controls, and reporting procedures.
- Monitor cash flow needs and advise on appropriate actions regarding irregularities.
- Attend monthly Board of Directors meetings and report financials.
- Assist management staff with financial matters relating to their programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership in an organization with multiple contracts, governmental funding, and a budget over $40M.
- Knowledge of general accounting and budgeting principles for organizations with multiple cost centers and funding sources.
- Mature, confident leader who demonstrates ability to inspire others in a collaborative environment.
