About the Role:
This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively navigate complex situations and provide tailored solutions for each resident. As a Residential Re-Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans for residents, providing ongoing support and guidance, and ensuring that all necessary resources are available to facilitate successful reintegration. Work closely with other team members to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters personal growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential setting
* Develop and implement individualized plans for each resident, collaborating with other team members
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and behavior
Schedule and Compensation:

What We're Looking For:
We seek highly motivated and compassionate individuals with a passion for helping others succeed. Required qualifications include High School Diploma plus 4 years experience in social service or criminal justice field, or Bachelor's degree plus one year experience in same field. Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a one year for one year basis. Experience working with youth populations is preferred. A valid driver's license is also required.
