As a Youth Counselor - MST Practitioner with Community Solutions Inc., you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and their families. This position requires a strong understanding of the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and service providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families, developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with other key members. You will also participate in individual and group supervision training to enhance your clinical skills and ensure fidelity to the MST model.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify presenting problems, strengths, and systemic factors contributing to difficulties
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Multisystemic Therapy (MST)
* Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and their families, and collaborate with other key members
* Implement crisis management strategies as needed to address immediate safety concerns for clients and their families
* Participate in individual and group supervision training to enhance clinical skills and ensure fidelity to the MST model
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including session notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures
* Collaborate with other professionals and service providers involved in clients' ecosystems
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; Bachelor's degree considered with experience
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel to clients' homes and possibly transporting multiple clients at once
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans
* Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice
