Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver individualized therapy sessions to adolescents and their families, using evidence-based approaches such as MST
* Collaborate with other professionals and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery and effective case management
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the complex needs of clients
* Implement crisis management strategies and provide support during times of crisis
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; Bachelor's degree considered with relevant experience
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes and possibly transport multiple clients at once
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans
* Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice
