Join our mission-driven team as an MST Therapist at our CSI Kansas City Office in Overland Park, KS . You'll play a key role providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members. The MST Practitioner will provide intensive, home-based therapy to adolescents and their families who are involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out-of-home placement. MST Practitioners can be required to drive an average of 30-45 minutes from the CSI Kansas City Office. This role is community-based and requires travel to the following surrounding counties : Wyandotte, Doniphan, Atchison, Leavenworth, Douglas, Johnson, and Miami
What is Multisystemic Therapy (MST)?
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) typically targets chronic, violent, or substance-abusing juvenile offender ages 12 through 17. MST's home-based therapy design helps overcome barriers to service, increases family retention in treatment, allows for the provision of the intensive services (i.e., therapists have a maximum of 6 cases), and enhances the maintenance of successful behavior change.
