What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Banker I - E 33rd position at Community State Bank?
The Personal Banker I is primarily responsible for "meeting or exceeding customer expectations" by offering Bank products/services as well as conducting financial transactions between customers and the Bank. Selling Bank products/services to customers/prospects based on need, and referring bank customers and prospects to other areas of the Bank and Insurance Group.
Ideal candidates would have some banking experience, strong customer service focus, ability to listen to customer needs and suggest solutions for those needs, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related area preferred.
Experience: Two years bank, customer service, or retail experience required or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
Tellers will be scheduled between 7:45am-5:15pm Monday-Thursday, 7:45am-5:45pm Friday and some Saturdays from 8:30am-12:15pm.
