Job Title : Physical Therapist

Shift : 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm; standard hours, with the possibility of 1 Saturday coverage monthly if able

Ability to float as needed
Understanding of EMR systems, specifically EPIC

Job Description :

Provide therapeutic support and rehabilitation services in a freestanding 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility.

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Document patient interactions and treatment plans using the EPIC system.

Maintain a patient-centered approach and promote recovery and independence.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting facility protocols and contributing to team goals.

Ability to adapt to different unit requirements and provide coverage when necessary.
