Community Support Advocates is a non profit organization that is looking for a full time Client Advocate to join our team. CSA has been recognized as a Top 10 Workplace every year since 2012. The Client Advocate is a position within CSA’s ISA Program. Integrated Service Agency (ISA) is an inter-disciplinary team providing wrap around services, training, and support for adults aged 18 years old and above with Chronic Mental Illness , Developmental Disabilities and/or Intellectual Disabilities, or Traumatic Brain Injury. Services are specifically designed to maximize independent functioning outside of traditional systems. The primary responsibility of the Client Advocate is to provide a variety of direct services to program recipients and to work with the team to develop new services on behalf of targeted recipients. Our services are in place to maximize independent functioning and provide training and support which will free the member from more traditional support systems and processes.

This position requires the applicant to be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience working with adults with mental health and intellectual disability issues is desired such as direct support professional , caregiver, behavioral technician or rehabilitation specialist.
