Job Description
We are seeking a multi-talented and dynamic Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the operational functions of our growing startup. This unique role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly and helping to grow our business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational efficiency and be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

- Operational Strategy and Execution :
Develop and implement efficient operational systems to streamline business processes and improve productivity across the company.
Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between departments like sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
Ensure CTA remains compliant with all state and federal regulations
Direct all internal human resource functions including ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Manage accounts payable / receivable and payroll from start to finish, providing transparency and reporting to the CEO and COO
Manage travel and event planning for in-person meetings and events

As our Director of Operations, you should have :
6 years of experience in operations, ideally within a startup, campaign, or high-growth environment.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary and Benefits
Salary and title commensurate with experience. Salary starting at $120,000 annually.
