SUMMARY: Makes and services a wide variety of secured and unsecured loans or lines of credit.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new business through sales calls to customers and non-customers, record and track each call.
- Monitor loan portfolio compliance with policy.
- Manage assigned loan portfolio.
- Collect delinquent accounts.
- Administer work out accounts and problem loans.
- Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
- Position normally requires a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent to provide basic familiarity with a variety of subjects such as: finance, economics, English, business law, marketing, statistics, etc.
- Over two years and up to four years of experience.
- Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of Word, EXCEL and other applicable computer programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Knowledge of Metavante system.
- Valid driver's license.
- Insurance license.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Excellent calculator skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Normal office conditions.
- Travel required
