Community Trust Credit Union (CTCU) is looking for a Member Experience Representative / Receptionist with customer service, reception and admin backgrounds to work full-time at our Admin Center. We are looking for individuals, just like you to be available Monday through Friday from 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm and 8 : 30am to 1 : 30pm on Saturdays. Our full-time employees usually work about 38 to 40 hours per week.
Member Experience Representative / Receptionist Qualifications and Experience :
The Member Experience Representative / Receptionist is responsible for representing the credit union in a professional manner when greeting employees, vendors, members and the general public in person and on the phone. Providing the appropriate service and / or ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate person, who can provide them with assistance. The MXRI / Receptionist will also conduct teller transactions at the Operations Center.
Basic Expectations for Member Experience Representative / Receptionist :
- Greets employees, vendors and public when they enter Operations Center. Determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate person. Answers phone and directs callers to the appropriate person. Assist with general inquiries and provide friendly professional service.
- To complete receptionist / administrative tasks including preparing and sorting all incoming and outgoing mail.

Budgeted starting hourly rate : $16 / hour.
