Community Unit School District 308 is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as the Athletic Director of Oswego East High School, beginning July 1, 2025. This is a full-time, 12-month position.
Qualified applicants are required to have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative Endorsement and successful experience managing or directing the athletic programs in a school district preferred.
The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary range of $110k-$118k depending on educational background and experience. A comprehensive benefits package including Board-paid TRS and THIS contributions, five weeks paid vacation per year, and 80% district-paid medical (including 100% reimbursement for non-emergency care at Rush affiliated providers on our PPO & HCA plans) and dental insurance.
