Job Title: Academic Program Developer

Location: Lincoln Prairie Elementary School, Community Unit School District 300

Job Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)

Reports to: Building Principal

About the Role

This full-time role supports academic programs and enhances instructional practices to promote improved student learning outcomes at Lincoln Prairie Elementary School.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Program Development & Implementation
    • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective academic programs that meet student needs.
    • Work with the school administration to ensure program alignment with district goals and objectives.
    • Analyze data to inform program development and implementation.
  • Professional Learning & Coaching
    • Develop and facilitate professional learning opportunities for teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
    • Coach teachers to improve their classroom management, curriculum design, and instructional strategies.
  • School Improvement Initiatives
    • Contribute to school-wide initiatives aimed at improving student achievement and teacher effectiveness.
    • Participate in district-level teams to advance educational reform and innovation.

Requirements

  • Valid Illinois Licensure
  • Three years of teaching experience preferred
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of instructional best practices and demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation Details

The annual salary range is $52,901 - $85,501, based on the LEAD Salary Schedule 24.25SY.pdf.
