This full-time role supports academic programs and enhances instructional practices to promote improved student learning outcomes at Lincoln Prairie Elementary School.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Program Development & Implementation
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective academic programs that meet student needs.
- Work with the school administration to ensure program alignment with district goals and objectives.
- Analyze data to inform program development and implementation.
- Professional Learning & Coaching
- Develop and facilitate professional learning opportunities for teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
- Coach teachers to improve their classroom management, curriculum design, and instructional strategies.
- School Improvement Initiatives
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives aimed at improving student achievement and teacher effectiveness.
- Participate in district-level teams to advance educational reform and innovation.
Requirements
- Valid Illinois Licensure
- Three years of teaching experience preferred
- Maintain extensive knowledge of instructional best practices and demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
Compensation Details
The annual salary range is $52,901 - $85,501, based on the LEAD Salary Schedule 24.25SY.pdf.
