Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and arranging displays.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and basic math for transaction accuracy.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to sell products effectively while demonstrating knowledge of merchandise.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management.
• Skills in product demos to effectively showcase items to customers.
• A proactive approach to upselling techniques that enhance the customer experience.
