Education/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in Home Health/Hospice
- RN License required
- Management experience required

Job Summary: Assumes overall administrative responsibilities for the Clinical Departments of the Organization.
Job Description:
- Assumes overall administrative responsibility for the Clinical Departments of the Organization including: Community Services, Home Health Services, Hospice Services, Home Health Aide Services and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI)
- Provide direction and leadership to the assigned departments.
- Analyzes external and internal factors, which will help or hinder the Agency in reaching its objectives. Monitors progress toward meeting objectives on an ongoing basis and provide feedback.
- Ensures compliance with licensure, funding and accrediting body standards.
- Interprets and communicates standards, rules and regulations to staff in a manner that ensures their understanding.
- Develops and implements methods to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of all respective service areas.
- Creates or revises and implements policies and procedures to meet client needs and improves the delivery of services.
- Monitors the quality and appropriateness of services.
- Assures adequate and competent staffing, which includes interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating and developing direct reports.
- Facilitates the implementation of competency-based performance standards for staff.
