The Childcare Staff is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment by supporting the Site Leader in the daily implementation of the school-age childcare program.
Childcare Staff Job Duties:
- Interacts effectively and frequently with all children
- Maintains proper supervision of children meeting NYS OCFS ratio regulations.
- Uphold the overall health & safety of each child enrolled
- Ensure children have a positive, fun, safe experience while at the program
- Models appropriate behavior in a positive, respectful manner

Childcare Staff Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working with children under 13 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
