Purpose Of The Role
The Inventory Coordinator is a position integral to the day-to-day operations of our company as it will be a liaison between the Retail Warehouses and the Supplemental Warehouse. This position will collaborate with Store Management, Logistics, and Procurement to ensure that our stores are properly stocked and inventoried with retail products and operational supplies.
The key role of this position is to assist in managing the supply of surplus stock and equipment in our retail stores and distribution center.

This position will collaborate with Store Management, Logistics, and Procurement to ensure that our stores are properly stocked and inventoried with retail products and operational supplies.

- Assist Manager of Business Logistics with managing the supply of surplus stock and equipment in store locations and the distribution center
- Receive and coordinate supplemental and operational inventory into supplemental warehouse
- Record all inbound and outbound transfer orders
- Organize transfer order requisitions for the Retail Operations
- Assist Logistics in loading and unloading trucks with equipment and product transfers
- Assist in inventory count of surplus product, operating supplies, floor display, and procurement
- Assist in equipment control in our warehouses
- Communicate and assist the procurement team in receiving, inventory, and distribution of procurement purchases
- Manage and assess current material availability, reasonably predict future needs, and respond accordingly
- Prioritize keeping our warehouses organized, safe, and clean
- Other Duties as assigned including, but not limited to: assisting warehouse supervisors in trash runs, bailing, loading bale trailer, assisting at donation door and assistant production departments in loading tables, moving gaylords and truck bins.

- Working experience of inventory control software
- Forklift Certified required.
