Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Production Artist to join our marketing team on-site at CommunityAmerica Credit Union. This role is crucial in layout and template design, typesetting, and maintaining brand consistency across a variety of traditional and digital marketing and member-facing materials.
As a key member of our team, you will work in-person to collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure materials are produced to spec with accuracy, compliance, and uniformity. This position requires an on-site presence and is not eligible for remote work.
Additionally, experience with Figma, animation software, and digital ad production is a plus. The ideal candidate should be able to create multiple iterations of static and animated digital ads, ensuring optimized designs for different platforms and audiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize Adobe CC to design, format, and produce print and digital templates and materials, including brochures, reports, presentations, and digital assets.
- Develop and maintain branded templates for internal and external communications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including formatting financial disclosures and legal notices with precision.
- Prepare and optimize files for print production, digital distribution, and web use while adhering to industry best practices.
- Work on-site with the marketing, compliance, and member services teams to refine and finalize materials that align with brand standards.
- Manage version control and file organization, ensuring easy access to current, approved assets.
- Assist in adapting campaigns for local markets, ensuring clear messaging tailored to specific member needs.
- Utilize Figma or other design collaboration tools to support digital asset creation and UI/UX consistency.
- Create multiple iterations of static and animated digital ads for web, social media, and programmatic advertising, ensuring designs are optimized for different platforms and screen sizes.
- Stay updated on credit union industry trends and best practices in financial branding and design.
- Support the creation of motion graphics and animations for web, social media, and digital signage, if applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts
- 3 years of previous graphic arts experience
- Proficient software skills with Adobe CC, Microsoft Office; experience with Figma is a plus
- Experienced in prepress production, variable data printing, and web asset optimization
- Strong knowledge of typography, typesetting, layout, and print production processes.
- Keen analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills
- Work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented marketing department
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail.
