This Teller position involves providing outstanding member service through the execution of financial transactions and assisting members with their financial needs.
**This is in a Hy-Vee Branch that works in store hours**
M-F 8:30 - 7:30
Sat 9:30-4:30
Sun 9:30-2:30
Typically 8 hour shifts (Shift diff on Sunday's)
**We also have Teller positions in Blue Springs and Kansas City Mo- Northland. **
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome Members: Greet our members with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude, making them feel right at home.
- Achieve Together: Work together with your team to exceed individual and credit union goals by referring the perfect products and services.
- Handle Transactions with Care: Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and cashier’s checks accurately and efficiently.
- Be a Fraud Fighter: Keep an eye out for potential fraud and follow the proper reporting processes to protect our members.
- Solve Problems with a Can-Do Attitude: Listen to our members, understand their needs, and find solutions with a positive, proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or alternatively, two or more years of customer service experience and/or cash handling experience.
- Proficiency in Computer Skills: Must be comfortable using computers and proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email platforms, and other relevant software programs.
