Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Instructional Designer at CommUnityCare Health Centers. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for needs analysis, instructional design, training and development, learning management, and curriculum development. This role is located in Austin, TX but offers some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Needs Analysis and Instructional Design skills
- Training & Development and Learning Management skills
- Curriculum Development expertise
- Experience with learning technologies and e-learning tools
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
