JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading and managing projects from planning through completion to support the organization’s strategic objectives. The role includes overseeing project milestones, managing schedules, and analyzing data to ensure successful project outcomes. Works closely with both business and IT stakeholders to address requirements, monitor progress, and provide updates, ensuring projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Facilitates meetings and coordinates with cross-functional teams, leveraging expertise to address both business and technical aspects of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end project management for business and IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track milestones to ensure on-time, quality project delivery.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and work with business and IT stakeholders to clarify project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Provide regular updates to management and project stakeholders, communicating risks, status, and outcomes.
Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary to maintain project progress and quality.
Drive adherence to project governance standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Perform additional project support and coordination duties as assigned to support team goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead workgroups in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to take initiative and seek out innovative ideas.
Demonstrated experience in planning, tracking, and completing projects, with a strong commitment to deadlines and project objectives.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with exposure to both business and IT environments preferred.
PMP or CAPM certification preferred, or a willingness to obtain certification.
