What we need:
Someone with an understanding of accounting principles, ability to maintain complete information and prepare reports, willingness to learn, ability to be self-directed and practice the core mission and values of the Foundation with professionalism.
The Accounts Payable Specialist (APS) is responsible for the accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors by verifying invoices, resolving discrepancies, preparing payment batches and maintaining accurate financial records, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Time commitment to the organization of 32 hours per week. Preferred candidate will have an AAS degree, 2 years accounting experience, nonprofit experience is helpful, proficiency in Microsoft Office, database experience, great customer service and detail orientated.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
