We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team, helping clients achieve operational excellence while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
I. Sales
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify potential customers, including researching and engaging with leads from various channels.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the value ComOps brings to hospitality and casino operations.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track opportunities through the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations to close deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and ComOps' strategic goals.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and associations to promote ComOps’ offerings.
II. Customer Success
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they maximize value from our services.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review customer performance metrics, proactively identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to drive operational success.
- Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Retention & Renewals: Lead contract renewals and retention efforts, ensuring long-term customer loyalty and success.
III. Skills, Qualifications, & Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality, casino or technology sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and present complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to adapt solutions to customer-specific challenges.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot), Apollo, etc., and overall tech savvy. Able to quickly learn new software systems and solutions.
- Familiarity with the hospitality/gaming industry and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in hotel operations is a plus.
IV. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, MBA from Top Business School preferred
- 2-4 years of sale experience required
- Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills
Learning is critical at ComOps, so is teaching others.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Word. Ability to learn HubSpot CRM.

V. Compensation
- Annual Salary: Base, plus variable sales commission, plus bonus.
- Bonus Eligibility: Eligible upon first year of employment.
- Benefits: Healthcare, dental, unlimited paid time off (after 90 days), bonus eligible, cell phone & internet allowance, and office expense allowance.
Travel: Expected to be under 33% of schedule
