Job Summary:
The Key Holder plays a vital sales leadership role in our store, driving daily sales objectives and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. As a knowledgeable resource to our customers, this individual stays up-to-date with brand and product information, company updates, and sales events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily sales objectives as an essential sales leader for the store
- Maintain store aesthetics by cleaning, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Stay current with brand and product knowledge, company information, and sales events
- Assist with all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, returns, special orders, and task delegation to Sales Associates

Requirements:
- 1 year of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store
- 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Self-starter mentality with a consistent record of delivering outstanding personalized retail experiences
- Open-minded and eager to learn and participate in the riding community
- Experience with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro
- Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (desired but not required)
