Responsibilities
- Manage store's backroom operations, including receiving products into the POS system and keeping products organized and accounted for.
- Process weekly pallets and assist with damaged or defective products returning to the Fulfillment Center.
- Work closely with the management team to maintain an adequate level of product in stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies to the Inventory Control Team.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in inventory management, customer service, or sales.
- Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash.
- A self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail.
- An open mind and eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community.
- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
- Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not required but a plus).
