Description
Responsible for providing preventative maintenance and repair to compressor customers on-site or in house.
Key Responsibilities
Installs new equipment and electrical / piping work Overhauls, repairs and tests compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps and other industrial products Provides professional troubleshooting and technical services in person or over the phone Provides a high level of customer service in response to customer needs and satisfies their expectations Promotes and practices proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times Completes customer work order forms and other job-related paperwork on a daily basis Trains and assists other Service Technicians Optimizes sales potential with customers Performs other related duties as assigned by management Supervisory Responsibilities : This position has no supervisory responsibility.
