We are currently looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate should be licensed and have valid certification as a BCBA. New Grads are also welcome to apply ! ✍

WHAT IT TAKES
Master's Degree in ABA or related field
CA state BCBA license
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Conduct Functional Behavioral Analysis assessments, attend IEP meetings
Supervise Behavior Implementation Aides according to IEP and on an as needed basis
Work with students with various cognitive, neurological, and / or physical disabilities and maladaptive behaviors
Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team in the identification, evaluation, and placement of students into special education programs
Complete FBA Reports and the Individual Education Plan sections in the appropriate data-base (SEIS, Welligent)
Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other required documents
Travel to various sites
Comply with policies established by federal and state laws and school district guidelines and regulations
Effectively communicate with colleagues, students, and parents regarding the accomplishment of therapy goals and needs of the student
Respond to needs related to job responsibilities of a BCBA
