Role Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Nuclear Facility Construction Lead to join our team at COMPA Industries, Inc. and lead complex construction projects.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, earned value management systems (EVMS), risk mitigation, and construction execution in nuclear environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Direct cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and under budget.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale construction projects, direct cross-functional teams, and manage high-stakes projects within a regulated environment.
- Advanced knowledge in project scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, with experience using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring compliance with DOE nuclear safety protocols and federal construction regulations.
- Nuclear facility construction experience, ensuring adherence to DOE and federal regulations.
Clearance Requirement: Active DOE Q Clearance required.
