Responsibilities And Duties
- Provide daily technical support services to employees, both on-site and remotely
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and mobile systems, workstations, and network issues
- Test and evaluate commercial and in-house software for quality control and proper operation
- Manage passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical staff
- Recommend and implement hardware and software solutions, including upgrades
