As a Regulatory Compliance Lead at COMPA Industries, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring facility safety and compliance with DOE safety regulations.
Your responsibilities will include conducting hazard identification, hazard analysis, accident analysis, and facility hazard categorization. You will also develop and maintain safety basis documents, including Unreviewed Safety Question Determinations (USQD), Documented Safety Analyses (DSA), Technical Safety Requirements (TSR), and Facility Safety Plans.
Key responsibilities include assisting in revisions to Safety Basis (SB) policy and implementing documents, ensuring alignment with DOE standards and best practices. Furthermore, you will lead and present technical training programs on DSA and TSR writing, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development across teams.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required, as well as minimum 15 years of relevant experience in safety analysis, hazard identification, and facility safety documentation.
