We are looking for competent commercial profiles to achieve sales targets and maintain the relationship with the most important and strategic customers in the contract channel. The objective is to contribute to sales growth in order to achieve long-term success. The profiles we are looking for are Sales Representative and Key Account Manager, all of them for MIAMI, ORLANDO AND NEW YORK.

- Forge trusted relationships with a portfolio of top customers in the contract channel to ensure they do not leave for the competition.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the needs of relevant customers in the contract channel.
- Build relationships with relevant customers in the contract channel by proposing solutions for both parties to achieve their objectives.
- Serve as a communication link between the key customer and the company's internal teams.
- Resolve any issues or problems faced by the customer and address complaints to maintain trust.
- Generate new sales that convert into lasting relationships.
- Prepare progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using major account metrics.
- Obtain and maintain long-term major customers by understanding their requirements.
- Secure the maximum number of projects in the contract channel within your territory.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Have extensive knowledge about all products and services offered by the company and promote them according to the company strategy.
- Train and inform the customer on the use of the products, as well as on the new products and services provided by the company.
- Promote the company's image in the contract channel.
- Conduct market research, identifying opportunities to expand the customer portfolio.
- Ensure that all activity is reported in the company's systems.
