The Companies of J.J. Young is seeking a Financial Administrator for our client in the Greater Albany Area. Candidates should possess Series 7 Certification but will not be facilitating sales. Financial and Administrative experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate records of client information, transactions, etc.
- Assisting sales staff to open and maintain accounts
- Ensure proper compliance to codes and regulations
- Assist in budget preparation
- Conduct routine internal audits
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Must have Series 7 Certification
- 2 years in administration
