We practice dentistry with a focus on high standards, emphasizing patient care, value and integrity of service, and anesthetic safety. Our patients include dogs, cats, ferrets, small mammal pocket pets, with the occasional exotic animal.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Our People

  • Recruit, train, and retain exceptional team members.
  • Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews that support growth.
  • Create a culture where feedback, appreciation, and professional development thrive.

Drive the Business

  • Manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and oversee financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the owner to shape business strategy and sustainable growth.
  • Lead inventory control, vendor management, and cost optimization.

Grow Our Brand

  • Execute creative marketing strategies to increase referrals and visibility.
  • Manage our online reputation and website/social presence.
  • Build strong relationships with referring practices through outreach and education.

Keep Us Running Smoothly

  • Ensure efficient daily operations and workflow for the team.
  • Maintain compliance with HR laws, safety protocols, and veterinary standards.
  • Handle scheduling, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business management (Veterinary or Healthcare Management preferred but not required).
  • Strong background in HR, financial reporting, and business operations.
  • Skilled communicator who leads by example and builds strong team culture.
  • Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bonus: CVPM certification or experience in a specialty/referral setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
