Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handling monetary transactions, operating a multi-line phone system, and scheduling appointments.
- Obtaining accurate patient medical history.
- Accurately and promptly filing charts.
- Light cleaning and other miscellaneous organizational tasks.
- Displaying excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Promptly responding to correspondence from other staff members, clients, and other veterinarians, including written requests, phone calls, and emails.
- Participating in morning rounds.
Other duties may be assigned based on your level of experience.
2 years of previous experience strongly preferred.
All job duties will be performed under the supervision of a veterinarian.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 36 per week
