What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA Supervisor position at Companion Care Inspired?
This is a Personal Care Supervisor position. The Supervisor hired for this position will have a caseload for Lafayette County up to 45min out. As a PCA Supervisor, you will have multiple roles. Several are listed below.
- Oversee the Personal Care Aides
- Make sure Timesheets and paperwork are in on time.
- Training new PCAs
- Filling in homes without a PCA
- Assist with interviews
- Supervisor Visits
- New Client Assessments
- Report to your Supervisor daily
- Light paperwork
- Meetings With other PCA Supervisors
- Time management
- Problem Solving Skills

- Being available 7:15 am- until assignments are complete for the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
