Companion Linc is a 245D Waivered Services Provider that supports approximately 130 individuals throughout the Metro Area with a variety of intellectual and / or physical needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.

- Competitive Pay & Great Benefits -Sleepover positions paid at $12.00 / hour.
- Any time spent awake during the shift is paid at $19.00 / hour. Employees eligible for a raise at 12 months, based upon satisfactory performance. Employees are paid to complete and maintain all required training for their position. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.
