What You’ll Do:
- Safely transport clients to and from their destinations.
- Use technology effectively, staying in constant communication with Dispatch and performing daily vehicle inspections.
- Offer a helping hand with wheelchair boarding and exiting.
- Keep your vehicle clean, shiny, and ready for the next adventure.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
- Be a positive and uplifting presence for our clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Open availability for flexible scheduling.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to and learn technology.
- Willingness and dependability when things change last minute.
- Comfort driving in low-light conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record for at least 5 years.
- Must be 25 years or older.
- Pass a comprehensive FBI background check.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client care.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (like checking fluids).
- Comfortable with work weeks ranging from 25 to 40 hours.

Our Hiring Process:
- Application Review: We’ll carefully look over your qualifications.

- Onboarding Packet: If selected, you’ll fill out our onboarding packet by hand.
- Fingerprinting: Get your fingerprints taken at a local office (usually a police station) – it costs about $25, but we’ll reimburse you on your first payroll.

- As this is a Wheelchair vehicle position, please state that you are confident in your ability to bend over and lift yourself up, as you will do so at least 4 times when securing the patients Wheelchair with the safety belt system, and this can happen up to 8 times a day.
