Companion Animal Hospital Wicker Park in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our amazing team.
Companion Animal Hospital Wicker Park is a full-service small animal hospital, offering the best in medical and surgical care. We opened in July 2019 and our facility and equipment are all brand new. We are fully equipped with in house lab machines, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, and electronic medical records.
Our support staff are incredible, and we utilize them to the fullest. Our technicians are proficient in radiography (including dental rads!), blood draws, cystocentesis, placing IV catheters, monitoring during surgery, assisting in exam rooms, and reading a cytology, all while maintaining a low stress environment for each patient. We are proud to be Fear Free Certified.
We can be flexible with scheduling! There are several emergency and specialty hospitals nearby for referral, so no on-call or overnight shifts are required. You can learn more about our hospital at companionwp.com.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Proficient in standard surgical procedures
- Illinois Veterinary License – active and in good standing
- Desire to collaborate with and support all teammates
