What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Rep-Hardware position at Company 4.0, LLC?
Job Summary
- Proficient in Custom Home and Multi-Family building construction and repair / remodeling
- Ability to effectively communicate and solicit sales orders in person or by phone, email, and text
- Ability to manage sales orders, inventory, logistics, and credit and collection issues
- Familiarity with reading and understanding Architectural and Structural Plan Sets
- Willingness to use various data bases and web portals to review job site information
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to visit contractors / job sites in the Greater Los Angeles and Orange Counties
- Overnight Travel will be minimal and limited to special occasions only
- Ability to occasionally lift / carry / deliver job site materials up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to walk job sites and climb stairs up to 6 floors to review projects and job site issues
- Familiarity with Simpson Strong-Tie and MiTek Hardware / Products
- Familiarity with Nails, Fasteners, All Thread Rod, and Bolting Solutions
- Must be able to use Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Edge, Excel and be able to learn to use company inventory software
- Personal Vehicle and Milage Expense paid monthly

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
