- Oversee production teams, ensuring goals and performance metrics are met.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to optimize workflow.
- Supervise Shift Supervisors, Team Leads, and production crews.
- Lead weekly Supervisor meetings to address progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing team to maintain adequate supply levels.
- Drive process improvements using LEAN methodology and employee engagement.
- Manage staffing levels and create employee schedules to ensure coverage.
- Work with Maintenance to evaluate equipment and minimize downtime.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Fill in for the Plant Manager in their absence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- 5 years of leadership experience, managing teams and production processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
- Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities with strong data interpretation skills and the ability to make decisions with incomplete data.
