Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our mobile home parks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing excellent service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the mobile home park, ensuring that the property is well-maintained and meets company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property and its facilities, addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Resident Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and oversee community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
  • Handle all aspects of the leasing process, including showing homes, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the property’s annual budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial goals are met.
  • Collect rent and other fees, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses for senior management review.

Compliance and Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Fair Housing laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all property activities, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and lease agreements.
  • Implement and enforce community policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree , High School, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably within the mobile home park or manufactured housing industry.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, including leasing, maintenance, sales and financial management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Understanding in Rent Manager (nice to have) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Columbia, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
