Duties
- Assist residents with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance community satisfaction.
- Support property leasing activities by conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating lease signings.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing
- Record maintenance work orders
- Engage in conflict management to address resident concerns effectively and maintain a harmonious living environment.
- Collaborate with property management to implement community events that promote resident engagement.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer relationship management or property leasing is preferred
- Proficient in office tasks such as filing and record maintenance.
- Strong conflict management skills to resolve issues amicably.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
