Day Body Radiologist - Jefferson Radiology

Position Summary

We are actively recruiting a Body Radiologist to join our growing organization.  We operate on a hybrid-subspecialty model allowing our Body radiologists to self-select a personalized level of Body sub-specialization raging between a pure Body or a hybrid general-Body position.

• Expertise in oncologic imaging, body MRI, CT and US.
• Comfortable interpreting body imaging across all modalities including MRI, interpretation of Cardiac CT/MR, PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine is a plus.
• We offer flexible scheduling and remote reading opportunities.
• Opportunities for teaching and working with residents, if desired. 
• Interact with our clinical colleagues and attend/present at our multidisciplinary conferences and tumor boards to earn CME.
• 1-year partnership track

We offer flexible/personalized partnership track staffing models that range between 3-5 day-per-week models.  Our practice supports a 20-person residency.  We strive to provide the optimal practice for physicians seeking an expansive career practicing Body radiology at their highest potential in a progressive, innovate practice environment.

PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Jefferson Radiology, established in 1963, is a 90 physician sub-specialty group practice with 400 non-physician staff members based in Connecticut covering multiple imaging centers, community hospitals and tertiary-academic centers.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Licensed or ability to obtain medical license in the State of Connecticut
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)
• Board Eligible or Certified, American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
• Fellowship Trained, Body Imaging
• Practice will assist in obtaining licenses in both Connecticut and Massachusetts
