Day Breast/Body Radiologist - Radiology Associates Of South Florida

POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Associates of South Florida is seeking candidates trained in either breast or body imaging to join our practice in Naples, FL supporting Physicians Regional Medical Center-Pine Ridge Hospital a 125-bed acute care facility and Physicians Regional Collier Medical Center- Collier Boulevard a 101-bed acute care facility. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly expanding women’s imaging program with an innovative practice! The ideal candidate must be comfortable with all aspects of diagnostic radiology as well as the full spectrum of breast imaging including tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI and breast interventions.

The practice offers a very generous compensation package, PTO, moonlighting opportunities to earn additional compensation and excellent health, life, disability, and malpractice insurance coverage.

Physicians Regional Healthcare System’s two Naples hospitals provide quality care to the Naples and greater Southwest Florida community with the objective of offering more options and improved access to healthcare for all citizens and visitors. Physicians Regional offers a full spectrum of imaging services and features of the radiology practice workflow include subspecialized reads, nighthawk in place at 5pm; diagnostic weekend call shared 1:5.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Fellows and residents welcome to apply. 
• Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology 
• Completed one year of post-residency fellowship training in any subspecialty, preferably Breast or Body imaging, not required
• MQSA Certification is required
• Medical license or the ability to obtain a license in the state of FL
