POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team of practice management professionals in the Milwaukee, WI area to grow and create a strong local practice in the Lumberton market. This role is a unique opportunity to help build and lead a growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for the practice management professional who desires a broader business consultative role by servicing hospital-based physician groups. As the Practice Manager, you will act as the primary relationship manager and leader for our physician client groups. You will be responsible for building effective, service driven relationships and providing innovative business solutions to complex matters in their practice. The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership and customer satisfaction of the practice.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage radiologist scheduling, ensuring full coverage, resolving conflicts, and coordinating locum/contractor staffing.
- Oversee physician interview processes, onboarding, and maintenance of licensure, credentials, and hospital privileges.
- Monitor and optimize quality management programs (OPPE/FPPE, TAT, Critical Findings), and assist in improving billing compliance.
- Track key practice metrics, implement improvement programs, and support a team-oriented environment for radiologists.
- Handle communication of key issues to radiologists, manage special projects, and provide support for the IR coordinator when needed.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred, with 5 years in management, healthcare administration, or radiology.
- Proficient in Excel for complex modeling and experienced in working closely with physicians.
- Strong customer relationship management, process design, communication, and leadership skills in a growing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in radiology management or private practice is preferred.
