POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to work in a mission-critical role in the Network Services team. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across the network environment, specifically across operational activities, major incidents, and problem management; but also across review and advisory activities for implementation projects.
While this position is primarily remote, candidate must be located in the Las Vegas, NV area for occasional on-site projects.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for day-to-day technical and service oversight as of the enterprise Network.
- Closely involved in tooling and projects to automate network workflows
- Evangelize best NetDev engineering practices and processes as code, fostering automation, version control, and consistency within and across teams.
- Work with the architecture, engineering, capabilities owners/managers, vendor management and service providers’ teams to onboard new products and represent operations as required to ensure acceptance into service is successfully delivered
- Manage operational related internal client communication and escalations as needed and proactively drive incident resolutions
- Work closely with IT leadership to make a real impact in terms of production stability, continuous service improvement and best practice sharing across the environment
- Document processes, best practices, and architectural decisions.
- Enhance security and ensure compliance by identifying vulnerabilities, enforcing security policies, and automating remediation tasks.
- On-Call Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support as part of an on-call rotation to swiftly address and resolve network outages and disruptions

- Travel Flexibility: up to 25% travel.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in network technologies, incident management, and enterprise infrastructure support.
- Network professional with CCNP/DevNet/CCIE certification or equivalent level of experience working in a 3rd line infrastructure
- Strong expertise in Cisco, Palo Alto, and wide area networks, including SD-WAN, MPLS, and firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco ASA).
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Data Center and Client LAN Networks (e.g., ACI, VRF, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, VXLAN, EVPN).
- Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure), Cisco ACI, DNAC, N9Ks, Meraki, and wireless technologies (Extreme, Meraki, Aruba).
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) strongly desired.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and articulate technical issues.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $100K-$115K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
