About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to support our team. If you have at least two years of Accounts Payable experience and some accounting education, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase orders.
- Enter accounts payable invoices and match with purchase orders.
- Troubleshoot invoice discrepancies with vendors.
- Conduct check runs.
- Balance and verify credit card statements and transactions.
- Quickbooks proficiency preferred.
- Provide general support for various accounting functions and collaborate with the finance team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Some accounting education.
- A minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.
- Proficient in credit card balancing
- Strong interpersonal skills and troubleshooting skills to effectively and professionally interact with vendors to resolve any issues.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
