Private Home Care Agency located in Kathleen Ga, seeking
compassionate and experienced
LPN to perform initial Non-medical home care assessments
& reevaluations for our clients
Job Qualifications:
•
Must have a valid CPR/First Aid Certification
•
Must have at least 6 months of hands-on nursing
experience
•
Must have a current and active LPN Georgia
Nursing License
•
Must have current TB Skin Test/Chest X-Ray or
willing for obtain before starting employment
Job Skills:
•
Knowledge and competence in technique and practice of
the nursing profession
•
Ability to communicate effectively using written and
verbal media
•
Ability to adapt
and communicate with Clients/Families from a variety of cultural, economic, and
social backgrounds
•
Ability to think clearly, logically, and
effectively while developing priorities, even in stressful situations
Job Functions:
•
Medication Management on a weekly basis as
ordered by the MD
•
Development & implement the plan of care and
make revisions
•
Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants and
Personal Companion Aides
•
Assist and maintain client files per state
regulations
•
Effectively communicate and interact with
clients/caregivers and families in a respective and
supportive
manner
•
Assist with new hire orientation
•
Assist Director of Nursing with related duties
according to each client’s needs
